That would be Othrakar (sp?) and not where this was taken. Note there is an Orc at the far end of the bridge. CLUE (2) between meteorological, and alcohol, but rarely traveled to.

I'm going to say that Orc camp between Breeland and the Lone Lands just north-west of Weathertop, the name escapes me so this doesn't constitute as a win if I'm right, feel free to grab the steal anybody.
